Users – What and Why
A personal login is created for each ZENNER Datahub user and an individual user is required to gain access to a specific tenant.
There are different types of users which are explained in more detail on the following pages as well as how to get an initial ZENNER Datahub user.
Initial Datahub User
The initial ZENNER Datahub user within a new tenant is created by the ZENNER Connect team. The following information is required for that:
- Full name (First + Last name)
- Email address
- Company/Customer affiliation (for information purposes and the initial user name)
Add more Users
If you need then additional users, you can either add them yourself as an admin user with the appropriate rights, as described in the “Add New Users” section, or you have to request them.
