We have a UAA tenant for each Datahub instance. The UAA tenant is not a customer tenant and may not be used for this purpose. It is primarily there to create other customer tenants.
All devices that are produced by ZENNER are automatically added at first to the respective UAA tenant. Besides that, also devices deprovisioned in another Customer Tenant are moved back into this UAA tenant. As the UAA tenant comprises so to speak all devices (including those not yet sold and those potentially sold to several customers), it is not possible to view them when logged into a different usual customer tenant.
